Portland Guadalajara Sister City Association (PGSCA) presents the 36th annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, May 1st through May 3rd, 2020 PGSCA is a non-profit organization established in 1983, that is dedicated to promoting Latino culture, arts, education, economic and intercultural partnerships, and goodwill between the cities of Portland and Guadalajara.
